Barbera's Lorenzo product line is made with olives milled within 12 hours of being harvested by hand, the last 2 weeks of October through the first 2 weeks of November, continuously cold extracted and separated by centrifuge, allowing the oil to settle and then decanted naturally. Lorenzo N° 1 is one of Barbara's most beloved organic extra virgin olive oils made from olives grown in the "Protected Denomination of Origin" area of Western Sicily known as Valli Trapanesi. The selection of the best organic Monocultivar Cerasuola olives from the hillsides of Western Sicily to create their cold pressed olive oil make these bottles truly unique.
